Really Reasonable Ribbon/Hampton Art Choose Hope Breast Cancer Awareness Blog Hop

Really Reasonable Ribbon/Hampton Art Combined Breast Cancer Awareness Blog Hop
I am so excited to be here and join in this fantastic joint hop.
Hopefully you just came from Britts, then you are in the right place.
If your just coming to my blog and want to participate you will want to start at the HAMPTON ART Blog.
If you get lost or there are any broken links during the hop you can pop back to HAMPTON ART Blog.
RRR will be offering a $20 gift certificate and Hampton Art will have the prize pack below

.  Share this with all your friends and spread the message to “Choose Hope” in the fight for Breast Cancer Awareness.
This blog hop will be open through October 9th.

I used  Old Curiosity Shoppe 3 from Hampton Art. We also received  this adorable Breast Cancer stamp/ink pad set.It was wonderful to play with several of the Colorbox cats eye ink pads
I chose to use shabby pink, mudslide, wicked black, and rosebud.

I decided to make a gift bag with charms and a gift puzzle in the inside...let me share a couple steps along the way.
I started with a white version of shrink plastic, I used my file to scratch it up so I could stamp with black ink.
After I allowed the ink to dry I used the pinks to accent with.

Here is the normal size and color before I shrunk them down.
I cut the images out with my 3 inch Wescott scissors, these are great for small details.

Next I chose a cotton bag in a 4 x 6 size. I didn't like the threaded yarn in the bag so I decided to add my favorite pink twine!!! See how easy it was to replace?
Next I found an old children's puzzle I wasn't using. I put the puzzle together and painted with Gesso to cover the design...see a nice clean palette.

Look how easy it was to stamp all of the images from the set it black, brown and pink.
I also wanted to show how I numbered the back to make it easier to put together.
Hopefully your still with me.
Now I used the images and inks to stamp the bag -I used the piece of chipboard in the inside so it was easier to stamp.
I used that yummy ribbon to accent the top and then decided to drill a hole in the shrink plastic pieces and threaded them through the twine to accent the bag and added some gems to one side.
Here is the puzzle pieces saved up to add to the bag...a quick little gift to give to someone.
I really enjoyed playing with these products, and am thrilled I got to share them with you in the hop.

Well it has come time for me to send you on to the next blog on this hop ...BEVERLY'S.So glad you are joining us and I hope you leave a comment so I know you were here.
